30/30 Campaign Overview 30|30--short for the original title, “30 Days 30 Muslims”--was initiated by young Muslim activists from the Metro-Detroit area. After a diligent 30 days, their efforts managed to generate a media blitz across the net which you can easily find with a quick search. More importantly, this project also served as a catalyst to launch several viable projects, including the Muslim Youth Social Support Network and AMYNA's RISE Retreats. Their idea was simple: to bring the brightest and best from among their community's youth to collaborate on projects for 30 days. Yup, 30 days! Almost 30 youth met consistently almost everyday (excluding weekends) at a local coffee shop and split up into groups. Each group would tackle a project that would fill a glaring void in the community. They submitted their project to AMYNA with the hopes of motivating other communities across the network to do adopt it. So we at AMYNA have taken steps to turn it into a organized campaign in which you can become a partner. Below is information about the project and a step-by-step guide on how to organize it. Campaign details coming soon!
