In order to safeguard the integrity of RISE the campaign, AMYNA the organization, and the leadership training experience, we have compiled a list of requirements before a partnership agreement is to be made.
The following requirements are to be met by the partner organization and AMYNA:
Goodwill: respect of reference authorities (maraaji' taqleed), local institutions, organizations and scholars by partner organization, event speakers and leadership.
Equal opportunity: programming is to be offered to young Muslims, regardless of nationality, race, gender, and/or school of thought unless otherwise negotiated with AMYNA.
Focus on youth: programming is to focus on and be offered to young Muslims of the respective community.
50/50: 50% of the programming is to be based on leadership development and community building topics developed in conjunction with the AMYNA. The remainder of the programming is up to the discretion of the partner organization unless otherwise negotiated with AMYNA.
Islamic etiquette: A commitment is to be made by organizers that the program will be run bearing in mind that the utmost of Islamic etiquette is to be displayed during the event. This includes, but is not limited to adherence to maintaining Islamic hijab, if food is provided it must be zabiha halaal, the program must break for salaat on time and specify it in the itinerary. If the above mentioned items or any other acts of Islamic etiquette are violated, AMYNA reserves the right to breach any endorsement with the partnering organization. This will also prevent any future engagement.
Partnership: Event communications will bear the logo “Powered by AMYNA RISE Campaign” with a link to our website.
Advertisement: AMYNA will highlight your event on our website providing a link to advertise and also help develop theme (flier).
Information sharing: Partner organization will be asked to provide information on participants including names and contact information.
Please contact your AMYNA regional coordinator to facilitate this process, to get in contact with a RISE Campaign representative, and to agree to the aforementioned requirements.
